After discussing and talking with several people, I have decided to push back the deadline for this project. It is now pushed back to May 18th, 2010! So if you want to submit anything, you have until that date. :)
The distribution?
I will personally give it to Aaron when he is on tour this summer! :)

New Stationary!
I just ordered new stationary yesterday, which will arrive at the store on FRIDAY. I am VERY excited! I will scan the stationaries in on Saturday and fans who would like to write letters, and want to make it look nice, they are free to choose from the stationaries I have ordered! You can also use one of these stationaries for your personal page if you want to!

Pages Ideas
Here are the pages I hope to have in this scrapbook:
1. Opening Letter- I will write a letter on behalf of all Aaron fans, stating how much we are supporting him and wish him all the best. I will post this letter prior to putting it in the scrapbook so fans can vote if they want to change it or whatever they think of it :)
2. Personal Pages- if fans want to, they can have a page dedicated to themselves and decorate it, write a letter whatever they want. They can put pictures if they wish to as well! They will just have to let me know if they prefer to have it printed in colour or black/white. This will obviously have to be scanned and emailed to me :) I would also prefer it if this was 8 by 11 for scrapbook page sizing...purposes haha :)
3. Aaronation/Kelly Kountry page- What I will do for this page is have a map of US (and possible add Canada since I am Canadian lol!:P), and put a little star sticker for all the towns and cities his fans are from that contribute to this scrapbook. I also would like to have a bunch of fans take pictures of the hometown support their town might be doing for Aaron (like signs and whatnot) and send them over to me and I will make a collage of that. Another thing I want to do is have fans stand by their hometown's sign and take a picture, to show the various places his fans are from, in images. Like I will be standing by the Toronto sign, and hold a sign underneath it that says "LOVES AARON KELLY" while my dad takes a picture haha! :P
4. Little Messages- fans who do not have much time to write full length letters or decorate pictures can show some love by writing short messages which I will assemble together and it will probably take a few pages. These messages will need to be a paragraph, max.
5. Letter page- Here I will put full length letters! It cannot be longer than one page (8 by 11!). Also, these pages are only TEXT. You can put a little picture of yourself if you wish to, and decorate it by putting a border/background but these are only LETTERS. If you want to do more, please refer to the Personal Pages!
6. Gallery- here, I will put any pictures fans draw for Aaron (this is something your kids and contribute to if they'd like to :D) and graphics they create for Aaron. The page size needs to be either 8 by 11 or of that size (portrait side). Those are the only two choices! I will only accept TWO for this category. Or it will mess up how I create the pages! He is also a huge photography fan, so feel free to take pictures and send some along! The maximum images I will accept from fans is FOUR pictures.They will need to be normal photo size, which I cannot remember so I will get back to you on that!:P
7. Poems and Songs- Aaron loves poems and songs, and writes some himself! So if you are a poet or a song writer, feel free to send in one for Aaron! The shortest they can be is half a page (8 by 11) and the longest they can be is a page. IF you feel your poem/song page is empty with just the song/poem on it, feel free to decorate or I will use the theme decoration I have come up with this for it (I will post that soon, hopefully tomorrow!).
8. Fanlist pages- I will have the official Aaron Kelly fanlists in this scrapbook. I will put both Kelly Konnection and Yodaarons! :)

PLEASE KNOW WHATEVER YOU SUBMIT, I NEED THE FOLLOWING INFO:
- your age (optional!), name, where you are from
- whether I should print it in black or white!
Tomorrow or Tuesday I will post the layout for each pages, so if you are still clueless, just wait til then to start your project! :)
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE try to have them sent in early as possible! Not last minute if possible! I might run into printer problem or whatever, so the sooner I get them, I can avoid them altogether! :D

Hello fellow Aaron Kelly fans aka Kelly Konnectors, Yodaaron's, etc.
First of all, welcome to the official blog for Aaron Kelly's scrapbook project! I'm super thrilled to be doing this project as he is my favourite American Idol contestant (and that's saying A LOT...I was a HUUUUGE fan of Anthony Fedorov and David Archuleta :P) so this should be really fun :)
The number one thing that is CRUCIAL to create this scrapbook (under such a short deadline!) is the support of Aaron fans! I need you guys to help me out!
I'll need people to dedicate pages, pictures and anything you feel that you would like to put in the scrapbook to show your support and love for Aaron!
I will update my progress on this scrapbook on this blog. I will post pictures and I am also open to ideas, so please do not hesitate to email at heckyeahaaronkelly@gmail.com. Send in your pages, questions, ideas, anything else related to Aaron to that email! I will reply within a day, if not sooner!
So far, I have some of the ideas for the pages written down and how the cover could look. I will create several covers today and post the pictures on this blog tonight or tomorrow and have the fans vote for their favourite cover! :)
Please look at the next blog for pages ideas and whatnot.
MY GOAL:
To have this scrapbook done and sent by APRIL 28th-30th AT THE LATEST. Please help me accomplish this goal! :)
Also, please know that I will NOT ask for any money from this. I will be paying this on my own and if anyone asks you for money for this project, IT IS NOT ME. Never will I do that. Everything you do for this, is paid for by me and all you need to do is express your love and support for Aaron by dedicating something to this page :)
If you have other relatives or kids that would like to do something for this, PLEASE direct them towards this page! The more pages we have, THE BETTER!
